What's the minimum order quantity?
Orders start at 10 units and scale to 10,000+ units per cycle. If you're evaluating us as a new supplier, a smaller first order is an easy way to check our grading and documentation before you scale up.
How much can we save compared to buying new?
Certified like-new devices are typically priced 20–40% below MSRP, which works out to roughly $100–$400 in savings per unit depending on the model. Across a fleet order, that difference adds up fast.
How is wholesale pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the model, storage capacity, grade, and order volume, along with current market availability for that model. That's why every order is quoted individually instead of listed at a fixed price.
What payment terms do you offer?

What does the 35-point PhoneCheck inspection test?
It's an automated diagnostic that checks each device's core hardware and functions, including the display and touch response, cameras, buttons, speakers and microphones, connectivity, and battery condition. Any device that fails is removed from inventory and never ships.
Is Nobility Wireless a PhoneCheck partner?
Yes. Nobility Wireless is a PhoneCheck Registered Partner, and every device we ship is tested with PhoneCheck diagnostics before it leaves our facility.
Will every unit in my order be the same grade?
Yes. Grades are matched across the batch, so every unit in your order is the grade you approved in your quote. Grade confirmation is included with your order documentation.
Are devices IMEI-checked and blacklist-free?
Yes. Every IMEI is checked against carrier blacklists before shipment, so there are no reported, blocked, or financed devices in your order. You receive an itemized IMEI manifest with every shipment.
Are activation locks removed before shipping?
Yes. iCloud Activation Lock, Google FRP, and Samsung Knox are cleared on every device, so units are ready to activate out of the box with no previous owner's account attached.
Are the phones carrier unlocked?
Yes. Every device is confirmed factory unlocked and ready for any carrier, which makes them a good fit for multi-carrier fleets, MVNO programs, and resale.

Shipping & Delivery
How are bulk orders packaged?
Devices are sealed with a quality-assurance seal, IMEI-documented, and packed for bulk shipment. Every order ships with its full documentation, so your receiving team can reconcile units against the manifest on arrival.
Can you split a large order into staged deliveries?
Yes. Large orders can be staged to your deployment or resale schedule, so you can receive devices in waves instead of storing an entire fleet at once.
Do devices come with chargers and accessories?
Accessories can be added through our kitting program, including cases, chargers, screen protectors, and SIM cards. List what you need in your quote request and we'll build it into your kit.

What brands do you stock?
Nobility Wireless stocks Apple, Samsung, Google Pixel, Motorola, Lenovo, and TCL devices. Availability by model changes often, so ask your account manager for current stock.
Do you sell tablets as well as phones?
Yes. We supply wholesale tablets, including iPad and Samsung Galaxy Tab models, in the same new and certified like-new conditions as our phones.
Can you source a specific model or storage configuration?
Yes. If a model, color, or storage capacity isn't in current stock, send us the specs and quantity, and our procurement team will check availability through our authorized distributor and carrier network.
