What quality grades do you offer?

We offer three grades: A+, A-, and A. All devices are OEM—either brand new, unopened, or pre-owned unopened in original packaging. We don't sell refurbished devices (which would require opening, testing, and repackaging). Every device passes our 35-point PhoneCheck diagnostic before shipment. If a device doesn't pass QC, we don't deliver it to customers—it's removed from inventory entirely.

What's the difference between new and pre-owned devices?

New: Factory sealed, never been opened or activated, original OEM packaging. Pre-owned: Unopened in original OEM packaging, but previously owned. Both are OEM devices with OEM parts and OEM packaging. The difference is activation history, not condition or reliability. Both meet the same 35-point QC standard. Pre-owned devices are typically 30-40% cheaper than new while maintaining identical quality and OEM authenticity.

What's the difference between A+, A-, and A grade?

All three grades are OEM devices (new or pre-owned) in unopened original packaging that pass our 35-point PhoneCheck diagnostic. The difference is cosmetic condition:

A+: Perfect condition packaging and exterior, no cosmetic imperfections
A: Excellent condition packaging and exterior, minor cosmetic wear
A-: Very good condition packaging and exterior, light cosmetic wear, fully functional and acceptable for enterprise deployment

All grades are fully functional with full battery health and original OEM packaging. The only difference is cosmetic appearance.

Why don't you sell refurbished devices?

Refurbished devices require opening, testing, repair, and repackaging—which introduces quality inconsistency and higher failure rates. We only sell OEM devices in their original, unopened condition. This is why our return rate is <1% across 1M+ devices deployed. If a device fails our 35-point inspection, we don't refurbish it—we remove it from inventory entirely.
