Profile compatibility for Vocera, TigerConnect, Cureatr, Epic Haiku, and Epic Canto confirmed before shipment. Tell us your clinical apps when you request a quote and we'll match the firmware accordingly.
Are your devices HIPAA-compliant?
HIPAA compliance is a property of how a device is deployed and operated, not the device itself. We supply commercial smartphones and tablets configured for HIPAA-compliant deployments: MDM-enrolled, encrypted, audit-trail documented, and secure-wipe certified at end of life. Your IT and compliance teams own the BAA layer and policy enforcement. Devices are not sold as HIPAA-certified.
Can you provide chain-of-custody documentation?
Yes. Every shipment includes per-unit serial logs, 35-point inspection records, PhoneCheck diagnostic reports, and tamper-evident packaging confirmation. Manifest is exportable in CSV or PDF for your compliance team. End-of-life devices return with secure-wipe certificates and disposal records.
How do you handle end-of-life devices that touched PHI?
Secure data wipe with certificate of destruction per unit, audit trail with serial number and wipe verification timestamp. Devices then go to certified disposal or, if grade allows, back into the remarketing channel with a fresh inspection. Your old fleet leaves your environment documented end to end.
Can you hold replacement inventory for break-fix?
Yes, for ongoing accounts we can structure a replacement workflow built around your spec, grade, and configuration. When a device fails on a clinical floor, the replacement comes from the same SKU family with the same MDM-readiness as the original. No re-staging, no grade surprises, no rebuilding the floor's configuration. Volume and frequency get worked out at the start of the account.
Can you ship in our branded packaging?
Yes. For health system integrators and resellers, we ship in your branded packaging with your inserts, your QR codes to enrollment, and your welcome materials. Per-unit documentation references your account, not ours. Your end customer sees your brand only.
Can we order on a PO and what payment terms do you offer?
Yes. We accept healthcare-organization purchase orders with standard procurement terms (Net 30, Net 45, or custom on request). Tell us your AP process when you request a quote and we'll match your terms.
